At rentacarandairportcartransfers, we understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your booking, you can do so free of charge up to 48 hours before your scheduled pick-up time. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance may be subject to a small fee.

For bookings cancelled after pick-up time or in the case of a no-show, no refund will be issued. If you’re eligible for a refund, it will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

Please note that we cannot refund any additional charges paid at the rental counter, such as for GPS, child seats, or extra drivers. Discounted or promotional bookings may not be eligible for full refunds.

If you booked through a third-party platform or travel agent, please contact them directly regarding cancellations or refunds, as their terms may differ.

To ensure a smooth refund process, always cancel through your booking confirmation email or contact our support team directly. We inspect all claims and aim to resolve them fairly.
